Any paid subscription, renewal, cancellation or refund process will follow the terms shown during purchase or agreed with our team.
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service may be affected by maintenance, server issues, internet problems, third-party API downtime, WhatsApp restrictions, provider changes or force majeure events.
You are responsible for the contacts, messages, templates, campaigns, files, webhook data, API usage and other content added through your account. You confirm that you have the right to use and process such data through our platform.
