WhatsGulf provides a business communication platform that may include WhatsApp Business API tools, campaign management, shared inbox, contacts, templates, chatbot automation, AI provider setup, CRM, tickets, deals, WhatsApp forms, click-to-WhatsApp ads, chat widget, notification library, voice calling management, API keys, webhooks, billing and add-ons.

3. Account Registration

To use our dashboard, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

4. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

Some services depend on Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, payment gateways, hosting providers, AI providers or other third-party services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, approvals, limits and pricing.

You agree not to use WhatsGulf for spam, fraud, illegal activity, harassment, misleading campaigns, unauthorized messaging, harmful content, phishing, malware, or any activity that violates applicable laws, WhatsApp policies, Meta policies or third-party platform rules.

6. Customer Consent and Messaging

You are responsible for ensuring that your contacts have given proper consent where required. You must follow applicable opt-in, opt-out, privacy and messaging rules before sending WhatsApp campaigns, templates, notifications or automated messages.

7. Subscriptions, Billing and Add-ons

Subscription plans, limits, features, pricing, billing cycles and add-ons may vary based on the selected package. We may update plan features, prices or limits from time to time. Any paid subscription, renewal, cancellation or refund process will follow the terms shown during purchase or agreed with our team.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service may be affected by maintenance, server issues, internet problems, third-party API downtime, WhatsApp restrictions, provider changes or force majeure events.

9. Data and Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the contacts, messages, templates, campaigns, files, webhook data, API usage and other content added through your account. You confirm that you have the right to use and process such data through our platform.

10. API and Developer Usage

If you use API keys, webhooks or developer tools, you are responsible for securing your credentials and ensuring your integration is safe, lawful and does not overload, misuse or harm the platform.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, misuses the platform, causes risk to other users, sends prohibited content, fails to pay applicable fees, or violates WhatsApp or third-party provider policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsGulf will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, third-party service failures, WhatsApp restrictions, message delivery failures or damages caused by misuse of the platform.
